He always seemed to be within focus…
And with the blink of the eye,
He disappeared again..
Merged with everything else in the background
Of my mind.
Like a magic trick so fascinating…
Now you see him,
All bravado & bashful rolled in one…
Now you don’t.
Always been on the right path…
Or so many a time I thought!
Always focused…
Even when the point of focus was all wrong.
Till he came along a second time…
And this time around I didn’t blink.
Chose to meet his stare…
And have since then been entranced
By the depth of beauty in his glare.
Perfect vision is a lot of trouble…
And just like double vision and all it’s hurdles,
You focus so astutely on what your mind desires…
that a lot of other things no longer matter.
A double swinging hinge in every situation…
Pull or Push it’s your decision…
It’s definitely everything to do with vision.
But one thing for sure…
It’s much easier to pick him from the crowd,
His double vision & all…
Things do look clearer in my minds eye afterall!
